Pamela brings JSC clients a diverse array of expertise in project administration, marine science, agriculture, teaching, science communications, decision support, permitting, and grant writing. She has 30+ years of experience focused on gathering and applying science-based information to guide decision making. Her research and management experience were gained through employment with governmental and non-governmental organizations in New England, Florida, Central America, and the Caribbean. She holds a BA in Marine Affairs, BS in Fisheries Science and Technology, MS in Management, and a PhD in Soil and Water Sciences.
